Norway May 2014

The e-Golf Factor Edition

The e-Golf is already making an impact in Norway, not because of sales (Still demonstration vehicles registered), but because of the effect it's making in its most direct rival: the Nissan Leaf.

In May the japanese hatch registered just 342 units, its worst result of the year and also the first time it was #3 since it arrived in Norway.

The e-Golf will be a tough cookie for the Leaf...

    1. The Zoe has been selling in Norway since March, so we have passed the demonstration vehicles phase, the reason for this can be:

      A) Not enough demand;

      B) Not enough output to satisfy demand.

      In any case, these are bad news for the french manufacturer.
